1. Returns & Refund

Please choose your items carefully. We do not accept returns and give refunds in case of change of mind.

Each item at WoodArt Valley is hand-made at every step and created using naturally fallen trees and/or wood rejects. This means there may be slight differences between items (e.g. in length, width, etc.). The items are sold without the decorations displayed in the photographs.

Please also note that the actual colour of the product may very slightly from the one displayed by your device, due to different device screen settings.

2. Shipping destinations

In general, WoodArt Valley ships items to Australia only.

If you are interested in purchasing and shipping items outside of Australia, please contact us directly at woodartvalley@gmail.com to discuss the possible options & costs.

3. Shipping and delivery policy

The items are shipped using Australia Post (Parcel Post) service. You can choose between Standard and Express options.

The shipping cost depends on the size, shape and weight of the order as well as type of parcel which you choose (Standard/ Express).

4. Payment

We accept Credit Card (Visa and Master Card) for payments. We do not accept PayPal, Bitcoin, Amazon Payments, cheque, money order payments. Prior to dispatch, credit cards need to clear authorisation and will be charged at the time of order.

For pick-up option, we accept payment via Credit Card (Visa and Master Card) in the same manner (authorisation & charge at the time of order, prior to pick-up). We also accept cash (pick-up only).

5. Pricing Policies

All our prices are in Australian dollar (AUD). All prices displayed on the webpage include goods and services tax (GST). Please note that the prices displayed on the webpage do not include shipping costs.

The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of order and added in the shopping cart.

6. Total cost

The total cost of the order consists of the price of ordered items, GST and shipping costs. The total cost of the order is displayed in the shopping cart.

7. Transaction currency

All transactions are processed in Australia Dollars (AUD).
